结核丸辅助治疗复治菌阳肺结核临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药结核丸辅助治疗复治菌阳肺结核病人临床变化及疗效。方法将2011年1月-2012年1月住院治疗100例复治菌阳肺结核病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组加结核丸,对照组用常规抗结核药物。结果治疗1个月后,治疗组与对照组在症状改善、痰菌阴转和影像学方面无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗2个月后,两组比较三项指标只有痰菌阴转指标有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,治疗组与对照组三项指标全部具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药结核丸联合常规抗结核药物治疗在病人症状改善、促进病变吸收、加速痰菌阴转等方面有较好作用,结核丸可有效地用于辅助治疗复治涂阳肺结核。Objective To observe the changes and efficacy of adjuvant therapy of Chinese medicine tuberculosis pills retreatment on smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Method A total of 100 cases of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients from January of 2011 to January of 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,which had 50 cases respectively.The treatment group was treated with tuberculosis pills and the control group was treated with conventional anti-TB drugs.Results After 1 months＇ treatment,the improvements of symptom,sputum conversion and radiographic of both groups had no significant difference（P 0.05）.After 2 months＇treatment,only sputum conversion had significant difference（P 0.05）.After 3 months＇ treatment,the 3 indicators of the treatment group and control group all had significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusions Chinese TB pills combined with conventional anti-TB drugs therapy have fine effects in areas of improving symptoms,promoting the lesions absorption and speeding up phlegm germ feminine changed.The TB pills can effectively cure the retreatment smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis.
