摘  要:目的建立一种用原子吸收法同时测定工作场所钙和镁的测定方法。方法参照GBZ/T160.6-2004[1]和GBZ/T160.12-2004[2]工作场所钙和镁及其化合物的测定方法,将两种标准溶液配制成混和标准溶液,利用瓦里安原子吸收光谱仪同时测定多种元素的功能并验证方法的可靠性。结果精密度:钙的RSD%:0.054%~1.65%;镁的RSD%:0.78%~2.37%。准确度:钙的回收率:96.6%~98.7%;镁的回收率:95.6%~98.7%;检测限:钙的检出限为3.8×10-3μg/ml;镁的检出限为3.7×10-3μg/ml。结论新建立的方法和原标准方法测定的结果是一致的,可以用该方法进行工作场所的钙和镁的测定工作。Objective To establish a method for determining calcium and magnesium in working sites at the same time by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy method.Method According to determination method of calcium,magnesiu and their compound,of working site in GBZ/ T160.6-2004 and GBZ/ T160.12-2004,the mixing standard solution was prepared by using two kinds of standard solution.This method can be verified by AAS of Varian which can determine multi elements at the same time.Results Precision: RSD% of calcium was 0.054% ~ 1.65%,RSD% of magnesium was between 0.054% ~ 1.65%.Accuracy: recovery of calcium was between 96.6% ~ 98.7%;Recovery of magnesium was 95.6% ~ 98.7%.Detection limit: 3.8 × 10-3μg/ml for calcium and 3.7 × 10-3μg/ml for magnesium.Conclusions Determination results were same by using the new method and original standard method,and this new method can be used to determine calcium and magnesium in working site at the same time.
