阿托伐他汀治疗非依赖降脂的慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析阿托伐他汀治疗非依赖降脂的慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院100例血脂正常的慢性肾小球肾炎患者,随机分成对照组与观察组,每组50例,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在常规性治疗基础上给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察比较两组疗效。结果治疗后,观察组肌酐(Cr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、尿蛋白(u-pro)下降幅度和肾小球滤过率(GFR)增加幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利用阿托伐他汀药物治疗非依赖降脂的慢性肾小球肾炎疾病疗效显著。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin in the treatment of non-dependent lipid lowering chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods In our hospital in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and normal serum lipid level in 100 cases, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group, the control group take routine treatment, the observation group based on routine treatment given atorvastatin treatment, observation and comparison of two groups. Results After the treatment, the observation group of creatinine （Cr）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, urine protein （u-pro） decreased and glomerular filtration rate （GFR） increased more than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of atorvastatin treatment on lipid- lowering efficacy of non chronic glomerulonephritis disease significantly.
