摘  要:目的探讨介入术后D-二聚体(DD)变化及其起对血栓性疾病的预测价值。方法 180例行心血管介入治疗的患者在术前及术后第1、2、3天对DD进行定量地测定,若测定DD的值>正常值的2倍(即≥1000μg/L),则应在第7天、14天再次对DD值加以测定。结果①本组患者术后第3天DD值较术前出现显著性升高术前为(311.32±22.31)μg/L,术后为(489.82±33.17)μg/L,(P<0.01);②各组患者术后1、2、3d DD均较术前有了显著性的升高(P<0.01);③本组患者有29例患者DD显著升高,其中6例为持续性升高,3例为冠状动脉支架内急性闭塞,2例未深静脉血栓形成,1例未肺栓塞。结论心血管介入诊疗术后患者的血液中的DD会升高,DD值持续性升高则显示血栓性疾病的发生,因此DD值能对血栓性疾病的预测具有一定的价值与意义。Objective To explore the interventional postoperative D-dimer (DD) change from the predictive value of thrombotic diseases. Methods The preoperative and postoperative 1,2,3 d DD were quantitatively measured of 180 cases of cardiovascular interventional treatment patients before and after treating. If the determination of the value of DD was 〉2 times normal (t〉 10001xg/L), the 7d, 14d DD value must be determined again. Results ~)The third day of DD value was significantly higher than the preoperative treatment, retrospectively (489.82a:33.17)p.g/L) and (311.32~22.31)~tg/L; ~ 1,2,3 d DD value were significantly higher than the preoperative treatment(P〈0.01); ~All the 29 cases of patients' DD value Was significantly higher than the preoperative treatment, of this group six cases sustained increased in three cases of coronary stent acute occlusion, 2 cases had deep vein thrombosis, one cases of patients had no pulmonary embolism. Conclusions DD value would be higher than the preoperative treatment with the cardiovascular interventional treatment. DD value eontinueing to rise showed the occurrence of thrombotic diseases, the DD value prediction of thrombotic diseases had a certain value and significance.
