摘 要:目的通过检测体温分析不同保温措施对全麻期手术患者体温变化的影响。方法选取76例手术患者,手术期间全麻,随机分至常规组、观察组,两组各38例。常规组无特殊保暖措施,观察组采取专业的保温措施,对76例手术患者的体温进行测量,从麻醉开始后每隔半小时测量一次体温,分析对比两组的结果。结果常规组和观察组麻醉开始时体温无显著差别,半小时后体温出现差别,直至手术结束时常规组的体温下降了(1.16±0.21)℃,观察组的体温上升了(0.12±0.18)℃。结论常规组在全麻手术期间体温下降较大,很有可能对人体产生危害,危及手术的安全性,而观察组的体温维持较好,不会出现低体温的情况。Objeetive Analysis by detecting body temperature insulation measures of the anesthesia surgery patient temperature change.
