摘　　要：总结短期内大批收治唇腭裂患者的护理安全管理经验。在国际微笑行动中,2批次共收治了178例唇腭裂患者。为此采取了一系列护理安全管理措施,包括建立职责流程、进行知识培训和建立风险管理预案等,从而获得了较好的诊疗效果,无差错事故发生。Nursing risk management is extremely important in treating cheilopalatognathus patients in batches within a shorter period of time. In twice ＂International Smile-Operation＂ activities, 178 cases of patients with cheilopalatognathus .were admitted to our hospital. To guarantee medical quality and safety,a series of safety management measures were taken,which included the establishment of special process,the training on related knowledge and the establishment of emergency-response procedures. As a result,all the patients were discharged from hospital after recovery without medical errors.
