摘 要:目的探讨视频健康教育方式在普外科围手术期患者中的应用效果。方法将某三级甲等医院普外科2个病区120例患者按病区分为两组,1病区和2病区各60例患者,1病区患者设为试验组,2病区患者为对照组。试验组采用视频教育方式,对照组采用常规健康教育方式,均结合针对患者疑问的一对一指导。结果试验组患者满意度、围手术期知识知晓率、自我护理技能准确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论普外科围手术期健康教育视频的应用有利于提高健康教育效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of applying health education video in perioperative period among patients in the department of general surgery. Methods One hundred and twenty patients from 2 wards of general surgery in a first-class hospital were divided into two groups according to different wards,60 cases in each group. Ward 2 was the control group,and Ward 1 was observation group. The control group received traditional health education,and the experimental group received the new health education given by the video pattern. One-by-one guidance was provided if required for further consultation in both groups. Results Patients satisfaction,awareness to perioperative knowledge and the accurate rate of self-care skills of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Application of health education video in perioperative period in the general surgery is helpful to improve the effectiveness of health education.
