摘 要:在一些发达国家,污水污泥热裂解技术作为能量回收型污泥处理技术已经进入商业应用阶段,其裂解产生的液体燃料能直接用于柴油机车,并与石油提炼厂生产出来的石油低级馏出液相似,油的热值最高可达35~38kJ·mol-1,因油品具有较好的市场前景而备受社会关注,Pretreatment of oil samples from pyrolysis of wastewater sewage sludge was carried out using combination route of extraction, enrichment and purification for determining PAHs. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of PAHs were then conducted by GC-MS. 16 kinds of PAHs were detected out in sludge pyrolysis oil. The recovery ratio of PAHs is above 80% except for naphthalene on the basis of the constructed pretreatment method and GC-MS analysis condition. Finally, distribution of PAHs was also investigated using experimental tests in three sludge pyrolysis oil samples produced from various ending temperature and heating rate. The total content of the target PAHs in three oil samples is from 2.3 mg . kg-1 to 47.8 mg .kg-1. In addition, the ending temperature and heating rate have evident influences on PAHs concentrations in sludge pyrolysis oil.
