冠心病病人APN表达及其与部分炎性因子的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病(CHD)病人血清脂联素(APN)表达及其与部分炎性因子的相关性。方法经冠状动脉造影诊断的CHD病人50例,其中稳定型心绞痛(SAP组)20例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP组)30例,测定其APN、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。以14例健康体检者为对照组。结果与对照组比较,SAP组和UAP组APN、TGF-β1均降低,IL-6、hs-CRP均增高,差异有显著性(F=10.36～16.16,q=3.26～10.08,P<0.05、0.01)。与SAP组比较,UAP组APN、TGF-β1降低,IL-6、hs-CRP增高,差异有显著性(q=3.26～3.97,P<0.05)。相关分析显示,IL-6、hs-CRP与APN水平呈负相关(r=-0.339、-0.322,P<0.01),而TGF-β1与APN水平呈正相关(r=0.294,P<0.05)。结论 CHD病人APN、TGF-β1、IL-6和hs-CRP水平变化与冠状动脉病变程度呈一定的相关性,有助于临床评价CHD病变程度及其进展。Objective To investigate the serum adiponectin expression and its association with some related inflammato ry factors in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods Fifty CHD patients diagnosed by angiography were enrolled in this study, of whom, 20 with stable angina pectoris （SAP）, and 30 unstable angina pectoris （UAP）. The serum adiponectin, TGF-β1, IL-6 and high sensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） were determined. Fourteen healthy individuals were served as con- trols. Results Compared with the control, APN and TGF-β1 in SAP and UAP groups were decreased, and IL-6 and hs-CRP in creased, the differences being significant （F = 10.36 -- 16.16 ; q = 3.26 -- 10.08 ;P 〈 0.05,0.01 ） ~ Compared with SAP group, the APN and TGF-β1 in UAP group were lowered, and IL-6 and hs CRP elevated （q=3.26-3.97 ,P〈0.0.05）. Correlation analysis indi- cated that the levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP were negatively correlated with that of APN （r =-0.339,--0.322;P〈0.01）, and that of TGF-I;1 was positively correlated with APN （r=0.294,P%0.05）. Conclusion The changes of APN, TGF-131, IL 6, and hs- CRP levels in CHD patients are of certain correlation with the extent of the disease, which are conducive to the assessment of the severit,＇ and development of the condition.
