临床护理配合中西医治疗对慢性充血性心力衰竭的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察临床护理配合中西医治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的护理效果。方法将符合诊断标准的CHF患者233例，随机分为观察组和对照组两组。观察组118例，男67例，女51例、对照组115例，男65例，女50例，观察组在护理干预及西医用药的基础上，加服益心胶囊（处方组成：党参、黄芪、麦冬、五味、熟附子等）口服一次4粒t．d饭后服用；对照组除中药制剂益心胶囊外，西药治疗与观察组相同。全部病例均治疗2周为1疗程，治疗三个疗程（6周）观察疗效。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为97．46％，而对照组为71．5％，二者比较有显著差异性（P〈O．01）。结论益心胶囊配合西医疗法治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）有显著的临床疗效。objective to observe the clinical nursing cooperation of Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic congestive heart failure（CHF）nursing effect.Methods will conform to the criteria for the diagnosis of CHF patients 233 cases, were randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups. Observation group 118 cases, male 67, female 51 cases, control group 115 cases, male 65 cases, female 50 cases, the observation group in the nursing intervention and drug use, on the basis of western medicine and take good heart capsule （prescription：dangshen, astragalus root, dwarf lilyturf,mixed and cooked herbs, etc.） oral taking a 4 grain of dar mealControl group except good heart capsule of TCM and western medicine treatment the same as the observation group. 2 weeks all patients were treated for 1 course of treatment,treatment for 3 courses（6weeks）.Results the observation group after treatment the total effective rate was 97,46%, while the control group was 71,3%, the more significant difference （P〈0.01）.Conclusion yi heart capsule with western medicine therapy in patients with chronic congestive heart failure （CHF） have a significant clinical effect.
