单纯性骨囊肿临床诊疗分析

摘　　要：目的分析探讨应用类固醇注射治疗单纯性骨囊肿临床疗效。方法回顾性分析并总结我院在2011年1月-2013年5月期间收治的42例单纯性骨囊肿患者相关临床资料；同时对患者采用类固醇进行治疗。结果经过对患者的治疗之后，同时对患者进行为期1年--5．5年的随访，平均随访时间为（3．2±1．2）年，患者囊肿完全愈合的有18倒，占42．8％；基本愈合的患者有10例，占23．8％；部分愈合患者有10例，占23．8％；无效患者有4例，占9．6％；治疗总有效率为90．4％。在对患者治疗时，没有发生不良反应和并发症情况。结论对单纯性骨囊肿患者采用类固醇进行治疗，效果显著，减轻了患者的痛苦，改善了患者的生活质量，对临床上治疗单纯性骨囊肿患者具有非常重要的·晦床意义。Objective to use steroid injection for treatment of simple bone cyst patients clinical effect carries on the analysis and research. In treatment for patients, no adverse reactions and complications. Conclusion treatment of simple bone cyst patients using steroids, obvious effect, reduce the patient＇s pain, improved quality of life of patients, the clinical treatment of simple bone cyst patients has important clinical significance.
