18例重度褥疮的治疗与护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨西瓜霜结合氟哌酸粉对重度褥疮（Ⅲ°）的治疗效果与护理方法。方法对18例重度（Ⅲ°）褥疮患者应用西瓜霜结合氟哌酸粉，并实施相应的护理措施。结果18例病人全部治愈，最短10天，最长20天。结论西瓜霜结合氟哌酸粉治疗重度褥疮疗效显著，实用性强，方法简便经济又可减轻患者的痛苦。Abstract：Purpose Discuss the treatment effect and nursing method for curing the Ⅲ°bedsore by Citrulli Degelatinatum combine norfloxacin Baccidal Powder. Method Apply the Citrulli Degelatinatum combine norfloxacin Baccidal Powder for 18 bedsore patients, and use the rele- vant nursing actions. The result is all 18 patients are cured totally, the shortest is 10 days, the longest is 20 days. Conclusion use Citrulli Degelatinatum combine norfloxacin Baccidal Powder to curing the Ⅲ°bedsore which have significant effect, strong practicality, the method is simple and can reduce the pain of patients.
