摘　　要：银屑病是一种受多基因遗传因素影响和多种环境因素诱导所产生的慢性炎症性皮肤疾病,为了阐明银屑病复杂的发病机制和开展药物治疗学的研究,建立一个理想的动物模型是关键。近年来随着转基因技术的发展,构建各种银屑病相关的基因动物模型成为热点。本文就现存的银屑病致病相关基因的动物模型产生银屑病的机制作一综述。Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease related to genome-wide and surroundings, it is important to develop a suitable animal model to research psoriasis pathogenesis and evolve pharmacotherapeutics With the development of transgenetic technology in the past few years, psoriasis virulence gene animal-model become a hotspot. Research of animal model of human psoriasis genes is reviewed in the paper.
