沙眼衣原体持续感染的诊断和治疗

摘　　要：国内外目前只改了非淋菌性尿道炎的概念,相应的诊断标准和治疗方案没有相应的更改,原因只有一个——国内外都没有新概念下的诊断标准和治疗方案的循证医学证据。而沙眼衣原体存在慢性的、持续性的感染,尤其是在上行感染后。本文详述了各个部位的衣原体感染的诊治,但没有很强的依据,尤其是一些治疗方案,只是为应对目前临床的迫切需要,提供参考而已。我们非常需要全国性病学者协作,进行多中心、严密的临床研究,积累疗效观察和经验。Ahhough the concept ＂non gonococcal urethritis＂ has been changed, its diagnosis criteria and treatment regimen has not been modified up to now. The reason is there is no evidence of evidence-based medicine concerning the new concept all of the world. But there exists Chlamydia trachomatis persistent infection. In this paper, we explained the diagnosis and treatment of Chlamydia trachomatis infection on different positions. We mentioned some treatment regimens without strong evidence were only for reference. The clinical study of multiple centers is needed urgently.
