摘  要:目的探讨δ-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗男性尿道尖锐湿疣的疗效和安全性。方法治疗组68例,予ALA-PDT治疗;对照组30例,予电离子治疗,观察临床疗效。治疗后随访观察复发率及不良反应。结果治疗组患者经ALA-PDT治疗平均(4.35±0.77)次,有效率为98.53%;6个月后随访,复发3例,复发率为4.55%;3例出现局部不良反应,无特殊处理。对照组患者经电离子治疗后,有效率虽为100.00%;但治疗后随访,复发22例,复发率为88.00%;30例患者接受治疗后均出现伤口疼痛。两组有效率和复发率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ALA-PDT是一种简单、安全、有效、低复发率、耐受性好、无明显不良反应的治疗男性尿道尖锐湿疣的可靠疗法。Obejective To investigate the curative effect and security of ^-aminolevulinic acid Photodynamic therapy for male urethra condyloma acuminatum. Methods The experimental group with 68 patients treated by ALA- PDA method,while control group with 30 patient treated by electric ion method. We also surveyed relapse rate and the untoward reaction after treatment. Results After treated by ALA-PDT method (4. 35 +0. 77) times, the effective rate of all experimental 68 patient was 98.53%. Six months later, there were 3 relapse patient,the relapse rate was 4. 55%, while there were 3 part adverse reactions patients, but no special treatment. The effective rate was 100.00% in control group of 30 cases patient treated by electric ion method,there were 22 relapse patient, the relapse rate was 88.00%. All 30 patient treated in control treatment have the wound pain. There were significant differences in effective rate and relapse rate between control and experimental group. Conclusion ALA-PDA method is an easy and high effective method in treatment of male urethra condyloma acuminatum with low relapse rate, good tolerance and no significant side effect.
