南阳市艾滋病患者中医药治疗的现状及需求分析

摘　　要：目的调查南阳市艾滋病患者中医药治疗现状,并对患者中医药治疗的需求进行分析,为进一步推进中医药治疗提高患者的生活质量提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,抽取南阳市506例艾滋病患者,对艾滋病中医药治疗情况及需求进行问卷调查,调查结果使用SPSS17.0进行分析。结果艾滋病患者接受中医药治疗的比例为42.09%,认为中医药可以有效治疗艾滋病的占90.12%,愿意接受中医药治疗的占89.33%,更易接受的是中成药、费用低、副作用小、方便可长期服用。结论艾滋病患者接受中医药治疗的比例较低,对中医药治疗的接受程度较高,可根据患者需求积极开展中医药治疗,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the situation and demands of TCM for AIDS. Methods Total of 506 samples were investigated on the situation and demands of TCM for AIDS in Nanyang city. Statistics data was analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results The frequency of using TCM for AIDS was 42.09% , about 90. 12% AIDS patients could accept TCM ,and about 89.33% of them would make the attempt. TCM especially proprietary Chinese medicine has the advantages of low cost, small side effect, convenient for long-term use. Conclusion AIDS patient who take the TCM is a low proportion, and the patients who accept TCM is a high proportion. The TCM for AIDS can be developed actively according to the demands of patients to improve the quality of life.
