儿童播散型环状肉芽肿1例

摘　　要：患者女,10岁。颜面、躯干、四肢伸侧丘疹反复发作2年,实验室检查无明显异常,组织病理改变符合环状肉芽肿改变。诊断:儿童播散型环状肉芽肿。给予羟氯喹口服,外用糠酸莫米松和他克莫司乳膏治疗。1个月后皮损大部分消退。现在随访中。A 10-year-old girl ,who had been suffered with reeurrented papulas on face,trunk ,the extensor extremities fi）r 2 years. Non apparent abnormality was found in auxiliary exams. Histopathology showed palisading granuloma formation in the upper and mid-reticular dermis. Disseminated granuloma annulare in child was diagnosed. Diagnosis： disseminated granuloma annulare in child. The patient was treated with hydroxychloroquine, momestasone furoate,tacrolimus and support therapy. Most remission was achieved within one month and he is in folluw-up.
