复方甘草酸苷注射液联合盐酸依匹斯汀治疗老年瘙痒病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方甘草酸苷注射液联合盐酸依匹斯汀治疗老年瘙痒病的临床疗效。方法将入选的162例老年瘙痒病患者随机分为两组,均外搽维生素E乳膏和口服盐酸依匹斯汀片治疗,治疗组还予复方甘草酸苷注射液静滴,疗程均为2周,停药后1个月和3个月时随访和判定复发率。结果治疗组及对照组有效率分别为86.25%和70.73%,3个月时两组复发率分别为21.43%和45.65%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但停药后1个月时两组复发率分别为10.71%和19.57%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组有嗜睡、口干、水肿及胃肠道不适等,但均可耐受。结论复方甘草酸苷注射液联合盐酸依匹斯汀治疗老年瘙痒病疗效好,复发率低,且不良反应轻微。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin injection in combination with epinastine for pruritus senilis. Methods One hundred and sixty-two patients with pruritus senilis were randomly divided into two groups, which were all cured with the vitamin E cream and epinastine for 2 weeks, meanwhile the treatment group was given compound glycyrrhizin injection for 2 weeks, the relapse rate was observed after 1-month and 3-month drug withdrawal. Results After 2-week drug treatment, the total effect rate of the treatment group and the control group was 86. 25% and 70. 73% respectively（P 〈 0.05）;the relapse rate of the two groups was 10.71% and 19.57% （P 〉0.05）after 1-month drug withdrawal,21.43% and 45.65% （ P 〈 0. 05 ） after 3-month drug withdrawal. ; Some untoward reactions ineludeing lethargy, oral lips drying, edema, and enteron out of sorts eta1 were found in the treatment group, which the patients could tolerance. Conclusion Compound glyeyrrhizin injection in combination with epinastine for pruritus senilis has proved efficacy and low relapse rate, and the untoward reaction is little.
