摘 要:采用单道次大应变热轧工艺对AZ61镁合金板材进行轧制,研究了轧制温度对板材的显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在300~450℃之间轧制时可以成功制备出表面光洁、平整以及力学性能良好的AZ61镁合金板材;在不同温度轧制时AZ61镁合金发生不同程度的再结晶;400℃时可获得最均匀细小的轧制组织,板材综合力学性能最佳,其抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别达到308.96MPa,226.54MPa和22.52%,分别比铸态提高58.18%,29.93%和142.72%。The AZ61 magnesium alloy sheets were produced by the single pass large strain rolling (I.SR), and the effects of rolling temperature on the mechanical properties and microstructure of AZ61 magnesium alloy sheets were investigated. Results show that AZ61 magnesium alloy sheet with bright and smooth appearance and excellent mechanical properties can be produced successfully at the temperature range of 300 --450℃. Varying degrees of recrystallization of AZ61 magnesium alloy occurred at different rolling temperatures. The finest and most homogeneous microstructure was found at 400 ℃, giving the best comprehensive mechanical property to the sheet. The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of the AZ61 magnesium alloy sheet roiled at 400℃: were 308.96 MPa, 226.54 MPa and 22.52%, respectively, increased by 58. 18 %, 29. 93 % and 142. 72 % compared with the cast AZ61 magnesium alloy.
