摘 要:目的探讨盐酸贝那普利对于急性缺氧模型大鼠心肌的影响作用。方法实验Wistar雄性大鼠30只,分为3组:A组(缺氧对照组);B组(贝那普利缺氧组);C组(常氧对照组)。4d后取静脉血测定叽酸激酶(CK)及其同工酶(CK—MB);取心脏测定丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD),并做病删圳”采川苏木精一股红(HE)染色,光镜观察。结果A、B、C组含量分别为CK:(2092.33±432.73)、(889.32±59.59)、(498.254-70.76)U/L,CK—MB:(18.81±1.10)、(9.46±0.25)、(9.62±0.50)U/L:MDA:(1.61±0.17)、(1.18±0.15)、(0.75±0.10)nmol/mg;SOD:(6.35±1.72)、(7.584-1.61)、(11.10±1.98)U/rag。经统计分析,A组CK、CK—MB、MDA均较c组显著增加(P〈0.05),B组较A组∽若‘减少(P〈0.05);A组SOD较C组明显减少,B组较A组增加(P〉0.05)。病理切片观察为C组心肌细胞形态正常,排列整齐,纤维清晰完整,A组心肌细胞排列紊乱,纤维断裂溶解,给予贝那普利后的B组心肌细胞较完整,排列较整齐。结论缺氧条件下,给予贝那普利能在一定程度上改善心肌受损程度。hypoxic rats Objective Investigate the effect of benazepri hydrochloride on myocardium of acute Methods Thirty Wistar male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 10 each): group A (hypoxic control); B group (benazepri-treated group); C group (normoxia control) . Four days later, the blood samples were drawn for detection of CK and CK-MB. The cardiac tissues were harvested for measurement of SOD and MDA. Histopathological changes were observed by routine HE staining. Results The level of CK in plasma was (2092.33 ±432.73) U/L in group A, (889.32±59.59) U/L in group B and (498.25 ±70.76) U/L in group C. The level of CK-MB in plasma was ( 18.81±1.10) U/L in group A, (9.46 ±0. 25) U/L in group B and (9.62 + 0. 50) U/L in group C. The activity of SOD and the level of MDA in cardiac tissue were (7.58± 1.61) U/mgand (1.61±0.17) nmol/mgingroupA, (9.20±1.40) U/mgand (1.18±0.15) in group B and ( 11.10 ± 1.98) U/rag and (7.58 ± 1.61 ) nmol/mg in group C. It was found that the levels of CK, CK-MB and MDA were significantly increased and the activity of SOD was substantially decreased in acute hypoxia rats relative to normoxia control (P 〈 0. 05 for all) , which was reversed by benazepri hydrochloride treatment. Histopathological results showed that in group C, the myocardial cells were normal in appearance and orderly arranged. The myocardial fiber was clear and intact. In contrast, the myocardial cells were haphazardly arranged and the myocardial fiber was broken and lysed in group A. The cardiac patholocial changes of acute hypoxia rats were significantly improved after treatment with benazepri hydrochloride. Conclusion Administration of benazepri hydrochloride may alleviate the myocardial injury under hypoxia to some degrees.
