链脲佐菌素糖尿病大鼠视网膜血管形态变化

摘　　要：目的观察链脲佐菌素（STZ）诱导的实验性糖尿病大鼠视网膜血管病理改变及中药的作用。方法光镜下观察STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠视网膜血管病理改变，并应用中药复方煎剂每天定时给中药组糖尿病大鼠灌胃一次，连续给药60天后，检测血糖、HbAlC水平与实验对照组对比研究。结果第60天实验对照组大鼠视网膜血管萎缩闭塞。中药组病理改变轻微，视网膜血管无萎缩闭塞。与实验对照组比较，中药组血糖、HbAlc均下降，以第30天降糖效果显著（P〈0．05）。结论STZ诱导的糖尿病6个月大鼠视网膜血管病理改变明显，本中药复方煎剂能预防和延缓其发展。Objective To observe the morphologic changes of retinal blood vessels of diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin （STZ） and the effect of Chinese medicinal herbs （CMH） on its. Methods Each diabetic rat was given through gavage SQD 13.4kg/d for 60 days. The morphologic observations were carried out by means of light microscope and the plasma glucose, HbAlc were determined. Results On the 60th day the results showed ：（1） in the experimental control group （ECG）, the retinal vessels appeared atrophic and somewhat occluded with hyper- plasia of endotheliocytes. @In the CMH group, the pathologic changes were not as evident as in the ECG. the retinal vessels were uniform with- out visible atrophy or occlusion and endotheliocytes hyperplasia was not apparent. The CMH can depress plasma glucose and HbAlc in diabetic rats especially on the 30th day （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions CMtt could delay or prevent the occurrence and development of diabetic retinopathy （DR）.
