摘　　要：高速公路具有对国民经济和地方经济推动的作用,榆佳高速公路就是应经济发展需要而兴建的。近年来,国家公用基础设施建设呈现投资主体多元化的趋势,榆佳高速公路采用的是BOT模式,本文以榆佳高速公路为基点,论述BOT高速公路建设管理中应注意的问题。Expressway can promote national and local economy development,for which reason Yu-Jia Expressway is built. There emerge many investment entities in the construction of public infrastructure in China in recent years. Yu-Jia Expressway adopts BOT mode. This paper takes Yu-Jia Expressway as research background and discusses several problems of BOT expressway construction and management.
