摘 要:随着激光加工市场的逐步扩大,二极管泵浦的固体激光器需求越来越广泛,而晶体热效应所导致的光斑质量问题也越来越不可忽视。介绍了激光二极管侧泵浦激光器的基本结构和制造方法,并详细分析了热效应的起因。提出了调整芯片轴心距和芯片长度等优化光斑质量的技术手段。针对相同泵浦总功率,3.7,4.2,4.7和5.7 mm 4种轴心距及10,15,20和25mm 4种二极管阵列芯片长度,进行温升的模拟,得到了实测光斑效果。通过理论分析与实验对比,最终得到了增加芯片轴心距、增加芯片长度等手段有助于改善模块的光斑质量这一基本结论,为高端模块研发提供了技术思路。In recent years,laser diode pumped solid state lasers is more and more important as the increase of the laser process market.And the problems of the laser spot quality caused by thermal effect can′t be ignored.The basic structure and manufacture of the laser diode side pumped solid laser were investigated,and the cause of the thermal effect was analyzed in detail.According to the marker application laser spot quality was optimized through adjusting the distance from bar surface to the axes of the diode module,and rectifying the bar length both on the experiment and theory.The laser spot with a constant total pump power,four different chip-axes distance of 3.7,4.2,4.7 and 5.7 mm and four different chip-length of 10,15,20 and 25 mm have been measured and explained.Finally,the two methods were proved to be the effective way to obtain a good laser spot for advanced module.
