子午流注针法为主治疗少阳经型偏头痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察子午流注针法为主治疗少阳经型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将60例少阳经型偏头痛患者随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例,观察组采用子午流注取穴加常规取穴,对照组采用常规取穴,观察两组疗效并进行比较。结果 2个疗程后观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为83.3%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子午流注针法加常规取穴治疗少阳经型偏头痛的疗效明显优于常规取穴治疗。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Midnight-noon Ebb-flow acupuncture predominantly in treating migraine of Shaoyang Meridian. Method Sixty migraine patients were randomized into an observation group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases. The observation group was intervened by midnight-noon ebb-flow needling method with conventional acupoint selection; the control group was intervened by conventional acupuncture. Their therapeutic effects were observed and compared. Result After two treatment courses, the total effecti＇qe rate was 93.3% in the treatment group versus 83.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Midnight-noon ebb-flow needling method plus conventional acupoint selection has better therapeutic effect than conventional acupuncture in treating migraine of Shaoyang Meridian.
