《针灸甲乙经》刺络疗法操作方法特点初探

摘　　要：《针灸甲乙经》由魏晋时期皇甫谧所著,现存版本为十二卷,共一百二十八篇,是我国最早的针灸学专著。刺络疗法在《针灸甲乙经》通篇均有介绍,对刺络疗法的操作工具、操作方法及操作禁忌进行了详细的记载,但是由于散在于各卷各篇,故作者以撰文整理,通过总结该书中对刺络疗法的应用,以期能促进这种古老而卓有疗效的疗法的传承,并更好地将刺络疗法应用于临床。A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion was written by Huangfu Mi in Wei and Jin Period. The existent version contains 12 volumes and a total of 128 chapters. It is the earliest monograph on acupuncture and moxibustion. Pricking bloodletting therapy is stated throughout A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion. Implements for performing pricking bloodletting therapy, the performance method and contraindications for the performance are recorded in detail. Because they are distributed in every volume and every chapter, the authors write this article for the arrangement. By summarizing the application of pricking bloodletting therapy in the book, it is expected to promote the inheritance of this old and highly effective therapy and to make better clinical application of pricking bloodletting therapy.
