摘 要:研究了在二氧化锰中添加氟化碳以提高电池比能量的工艺。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶红外光谱测试(FTIR)对所使用的氟化碳结构进行表征,使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对使用原材料的形貌进行表征,采用恒流放电方法研究了不同的正极制备工艺所得样品的电化学性能。结果表明,通过添加氟化碳,正极活性物质的比容量从220mAh/g提高到了284 mAh/g,比容量提高了29%,而且实验表明三种工艺差别较大,其相应正极板比容量最多提高了13%。carbon fluoride (CFx) was added into the manganese dioxide to improve specific capacity. The structure of CFx was characterized by XRD and FTIR, and SEM was used to investigate the morphology of various samples. Constant current discharge was employed to study the electrochemical performance of different cathodes prepared with different processes. The discharge results show that the specific capacity is enhanced from 220 mAh/g of MnO2 to 284 mAh/g of MnOx/CFx which increased about 29%. The results also show that there are obvious differences among these three preparation processes, and the specific capacity of the cathode under optimal process can increase 13% at most.
