摘 要:制备了五种不同锂含量的锂硼合金,使用扫描电子显微镜观察了合金的微观结构;在振动态下放电,观察了锂含量对电池安全性的影响;在高、低温下放电,实验了不同锂含量合金材料容量释放的变化规律;发现了应用不同锂含量合金材料设计电池时,电池对热量的不同需求。结果表明:随锂含量增加,电池安全性隐患增大;合金放电容量在65%锂含量附近有一个峰值;随锂含量增加,电池设计热量可以适量减小。Five kinds of LiB alloy materials with different Li contents were prepared. By mean of scanning electron microscopy, the microstructures of LiB alloys were observed. The influence of Li content on security of battery was investigated in vibrational state discharge. The changing rule of capacity releasing of LiB alloy materials with different Li contents and requirements of quantity of heat in batteries were tested. The results show that security hidden trouble of battery enlarges with the increase of Li content. Discharging capacity has a peak value at about 65% Li. With the increase of Li content in LiB alloy materials, thermal battery could reduce the quantity of heat in design.
