摘 要:为了研究指数脉冲电场对细菌的杀灭情况,设计了一种以单片机控制的简单指数脉冲发生器,以5级Marx电路为基础,采用二极管单向隔离和电感隔离充电电源的指数脉冲功率发生装置,能够实时控制脉冲输出电压和频率。通过计算得出了各个元器件参数,采用有效的原件布局以减小回路电感,实验证明最终脉冲输出幅值达到3 000 V以上、脉宽在20 ms内、长期稳定工作频率达到50 Hz、电压和频率可调的指数脉冲波形。所设计的电源能够有效地应用到后期的实验中。In order to research sterilization effect on the index pulse electric field, a simple index pulse generator based on Marx circuit with microcomputer control was proposed. The charge source with diode one-way isolation and inductance isolation was adopted and the generator could control pulse frequency and voltage in real-time. In the paper, all the components parameters were calculated and the effective layout design was proposed so as to reduce inductance in the circuit. Experiment results show that the index pulse waveform can achieve 3 000 V above, with pulse width in 20 ms and stability working frequency in 50 Hz, and both the voltage and frequency were adjustable. The designed power supply can be applied effectively in later experiments.
