摘　　要：针对社会网络对个体知识创新影响研究中存在的争论,建立包含个体特征的社会网络—个体知识创新理论模型,着重探讨动机、能力异质性与网络特征的交互作用对个体知识创新的影响。社会网络分析结果表明,点度中心性与规模均对个体创新产生积极的影响,个体能力异质性与点度中心性、规模与动机及点度中心性与规模之间的交互效应均对个体创新产生影响。总结研究结论对管理实践的启示,为知识型团队提供借鉴和指导。As for the controversy on the influence of social network on individual knowledge innovation, the paper sets up a social - personal innovation model including personal characters. What＇s more, the author focuses on influence of the interaction between innovational motivation, capacity heterogeneity and network＇s characters. The paper collects the co - authorship data of a famous managerial team from 2001 to 2010. And the results show that both the degree centrality and size of the ego -network have a positive influence on personal innovations. Besides, the interaction between capacity heterogeneity and degree centrality and interaction between size and motivation affect the innovation performance. Finally, the study proposes several implications, hoping to provide several theoretical and practical guidances for knowledge - intensive teams.
