摘　　要：通过界定都市圈创新能力的定义,从经济环境、教育环境、创新资源与产出、邮电通信与网络规模等四个方面构建描述指标体系。以上海都市圈为研究对象,运用因子分析方法和聚类分析方法综合评价上海都市圈创新能力,分析得出经济发展对创新能力发展的影响、创新投入与产出的城市差别、上海都市圈创新能力以近似圈层结构分布等结论。By defining the concept of metropolitan innovation capability, the paper constructed a description system from economy environment, education environment, innovation resource ＆ output, the scale of post and telecommunication ＆ network, evaluated Shanghai metropolitan innovation capability with factor analysis method and clustering methodology, and obtained conclusions such as the impact on the development of innovation capability, city differences between innovation input and innovation output, distribution with approximate circle layers and so on.
