摘　　要：对环境资源、环境政策以及转变工业发展方式的内涵、现状、存在的问题进行深入分析,理清三者之间的相关性,并在此基础上提出加快工业发展方式转变的环境政策建议。This paper carries out the in - depth analysis on the environment resources, environmental policy, the connotation, present situation and problems of transformation of industrial development mode, and clarifies the correlation. On this basis, the paper puts forward environmental policy recommendations to accelerate the transformation of industrial development mode.
