摘 要:以2008-2010年在深交所中小企业板4个高技术行业为研究对象,分别从研发投入与当期企业绩效、R&D投入的滞后性以及R&D投入的累积效应三方面进行实证研究和比较分析。研究发现,电子业、医药生物业、机械设备业的R&D投入与当期企业绩效线性正相关,电子业的相关性最强,而信息技术业R&D投入与企业绩效不成线性关系。电子业和医药业R&D投入存在滞后性和累积效应,而机械设备业和信息技术业R&D投入不存在滞后性和累积效应。研发投入与企业绩效的关系在行业间并不相同,不同行业研发战略应有所差别。This paper uses the 4 high -tech industries which were listed in SMEs board between the years 2008 -2010 as the research objects, then makes an empirical study and comparative research on the relationship between R&D investment and the current enterprise performance, lag effect, and accumulative effect of R&D investment. The results illustrate that R&D investment has a positive correlation with the current enterprise performance of electronics, medicine biological and mechanical equipment industry. The electronics industry is the strongest one, however IT industry is not obvious. The electronics and medical biological industry has lag effect and accumulative effect, but mechanical and IT industry don' t have. R&D investment makes different performance for different industries. Different industries should have different R&D strategies.
