摘　　要：简要分析专利价值的本质,概述基于存续期的专利价值发展路径,介绍国内外价值评估的主要方法和典型实证结果,总结评价主要评估模型的优势和问题。认为国内应着重从三方面开展相关研究:分析专利价值形成因素,筛选专利价值的评估指标;结合我国专利活动和专利数据的特点,改进现有模型;开展基于国内专利数据的实证研究并进行国际比较。The paper analyses the essence of patent value, outlines the main progress of patent value based on renewal information, and introduces its main methods and typical results of quantitative evaluation. The authors also discuss the three directions that Chinese researchers should focus on. The first direction is to analyze the forming factor of patent value and select effective evaluation indicators; the second is to improve existing models based on the characteristics of domestic patent activity and patent data; the third is to conduct empirical research by using Chinese patent data and compare the results internationally.
