摘　　要：介绍美国促进知识产权融资的政策及相应融资机制,对我国探索知识产权融资的政策与实践进行剖析,借鉴美国的发展经验,提出我国近期推进知识产权融资的政策与措施建议。This paper introduces the financing policy and financing mechanism for promoting intellectual property of United States, and analyzes the financing policy and practice of intellectual property in China. By drawing lessons from American development experience, the paper puts forward financing policies and measures for advancing intellectual property in China.
