摘　　要：以SCI-Expanded数据库为来源,对国际纳米电子学领域2000-2011年科研论文的研究力量分布情况作出分析,包括核心期刊、国家和科研机构的分布情况。同时采用知识图谱可视化方式,对最近12年来的研究热点逐一进行分析,得出该领域主要的研究热点有"纳米技术"、"输运"、"阵列"、"薄膜"。Taking the SCI - Expanded database as the data source, this paper made an analysis of distribution of researchers in the field of nano - electronics between 2000 - 2011, including the distribution of periodical, country and institution. And then, we explored the research focus of the field for 12 years by visualization based on mapping of knowledge. The main research focuses are as follows： ＂nanotechnology＂, ＂transport＂, ＂arrays＂, ＂films＂.
