摘  要:目的:建立水杨酸甲酯乳糖苷有关物质的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:液相色谱条件:phe-nomnex氰基色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为286 nm,柱温为40℃;质谱条件:电喷雾电离源检测;源温80℃。结果:检测出水杨酸甲酯乳糖苷原料经酸、碱、高温、强光、氧化破坏后得到的4个有关物质(1~4),4个有关物质与主峰得到很好的分离。结论:本实验采用液质联用法,灵敏度高,分离度好,能用于水杨酸甲酯乳糖苷的质量控制。Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of related substances of the methyl salicylate glycoside (MSG).Methods:Phenomnes CN column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was applied; the mobile phase was acetoni-water gradient elution, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; the detection wavelength was 286 nm; the column temperature was 40 ℃. Melectrospray ionization was used in MS and the source temperature was 80 ℃. Results:Four related substances(1~4)has been detected in the MSG substance by acid, base, high temperature, highlight and oxidation destroy. Four related substances and peak were well separated. Conclusion:The method is of high sensitivity and good separation, which could be used in the quality control of MSG.
