摘 要:目的了解2012年缅甸入境健康儿童和口岸中国籍健康儿童肠道病毒携带情况,并对所携带的病毒(ECHO19、CB1、EV71)基因特征进行分析。方法采集边境地区15岁以下健康儿童的粪便标本(单份便),对采集的粪便标本进行病毒分离和基因测序定型。结果 170份粪便标本中监测到非脊灰病毒(nonpolio virus,NPV)18株,NPV分离率为10.6%,18株NPV分别属于A组(5株)、B组(12株)、C组(1株),未分离到D组肠道病毒、脊灰病毒和新型肠道病毒。5株A组肠道病毒中包括1株CA4,2株CA8和2株EV71;12株B组肠道病毒中包括4株CB1,1株ECHO13,2株ECHO14,1株ECHO17,4株ECHO19;1株C组病毒为CA24。结论云南省2012年边境地区健康儿童中肠道病毒以B组病毒为主,CB1、ECHO19病毒在不同时期存在不同的传播链,EV71型的基因亚型与我国流行株同为C4a基因亚型。Objective To keep track of the enteroviruses among healthy children under 15 years old at the bor- der areas of Yunnan province of China with Myanmar in 2012. Methods Stool samples were collected to isolate virus for sequencing analysis. Results A total of 170 stool samples were collected and of which, 18 non-polio viruses (NPV) were detected with an isolation rate of 10.6%. The 18 NPV strains were classified into group A (5 strains), B (12 strains) and C (1 strain). HEV-D virus, poliovirus or newer enteroviruses were not detected from all samples. Five HEV-A strains include 1 strain of CA4, 2 strains of CA8 and 2 strains of EV71; 12 HEV-Bstrains were 4 strains of CB1, 1 strain of ECHO13, 2 strains of ECHO14, 1 strain of ECHO17 and 4 strains of ECHO19; 1 strain of HEV-C was CA24. Conclusions HEV-B group was found as the predominant virus in the border areas of Yunnan province of China with Myanmar in 2012. Subtype C4a of EVT1 is the major epidemic strain as in other areas of China in recent years.
