摘  要:针对清河流域水环境管理的需求,通过野外调查和环境统计获取相关数据,应用GIS和GPS技术,建立流域污染源地理信息系统数据库,在此基础上,对清河流域污染源排放特征及流域水环境监控能力现状进行了研究。结果表明:在清河流域,废水污染源主要集中在支流小清河和寇河流域,典型行业包括牲畜屠宰、食品加工、缫丝加工等;污染源在线监控和河流水质断面监测能力均无法满足流域水环境管理的需要,在清河流域的水环境管理中,应将小清河流域和寇河流域作为重点水质控制单元进行管理,在小清河和寇河入清河干流处增设水质监测断面。Focused on water environment management demands of Qinghe River watershed, this paper analyzed the sewage character, wastewater on - line monitoring and water quality monitoring capacity. Based on data from environmental statistic and field surveys, watershed pollutant source geographic information system database was built using GIS and GPS. The results showed that wastewater sources were concentrated around Xiaoqinghe watershed and Douhe watershed which were tributaries of Qinghe River. Meat packing, food processing and silk reeling are the important pollutant industries in the study area. The capability of wastewater on - line monitoring and water quality monitoring can't sustain watershed environment precision management in Qinghe reaches. The results suggest that Xiaoqinghe and Douhe watershed should be treated as the most important control - units in water- shed environment management, and additional control sections should be chosen at the intersections where Xiaoqinghe River and Douhe River meet with Qinghe River mainstream.
