摘  要:基于超声脉冲反射法测量原理,设计了一种多功能超声成像测井(MUIL)仪器。该仪器在裸眼井中可完成井眼内壁高分辨率成像测量;在套管井中可同时完成套损检测及固井质量评价测量。应用该仪器在实际套管井中进行了测量,并与哈里伯顿公司的同类仪器CAST-V的测量结果进行了对比分析,表明MUIL与CAST-V仪器测量的套管厚度成像结果符合很好;水泥声阻抗成像曲线也基本一致,固井质量与声波幅度测井(CBL)及变密度测井(VDL)曲线有很好的相关性。MUIL仪器的功能水平达到了国际同类仪器的测量水平。Based on the measurement principle of ultrasonic impulse reflection method,a kind of multi-function ultrasonic imaging logging tool was designed.In the openhole,it could finish the borehole imaging in high resolution;in the cased hole,it could finish the casing inspection and cementing quality evaluation at the same time.The proposed tool was used for cased-hole measurement and it was contrasted with the CAST-V tool of Halliburton Company.It shows that the casing thickness and cement bonding have good consistence between MUIL and CAST-V.The cement acoustic impendent imaging curve is basically agree with it,the cementing quality is well related with CBL and VDL curves.The technical level of this tool approaches the level of the similar instruments internationally.
