摘  要:针对斜井及水平井气-液分层流动,采用多相管流动量守恒方程建立了气液分层流动动量守恒模型及相关参数的计算方法。该模型反映了斜井及水平井中气液分层流动情况下混合流体平均流量、持水率、井斜角和各相流量之间的关系;并在较大的气液分相流量范围(50~800m3/d)内用124mm透明井筒中试验数据(井斜角相对于水平分别为0、5、15、45、-2、-5、-10°)对模型进行了正反演计算,正演持水率计算平均绝对误差在0.0669以下,反演水的表观速度平均绝对误差为0.0102m/s,计算结果与试验结果符合较好。为生产测井产出剖面解释提供了合理的理论模型,能够提高生产测井在大斜度与水平井中的应用效果。With the rapid expansion of exploitation technology for high deflecting and horizontal wells,production logging interpretation methods in high deflecting and horizontal wells were of great significance.In allusion to the gas-liquid laminar flow in deflecting and horizontal wells,multi-tubing flow equation was used to establish a model of gas-liquid stratified flow and calculation method for the related parameters.Through simplified dynamic analysis of the stratified flows a relationship was obtained of the water holdup,total flow rate,inclination angle and flow rate of each phase.In this study,extensive experiments were conducted by using a test loop made of 124mm diameter acrylic pipe with inclination angles from the horizontal of 0,5,15,45,-2,-5,-10°.Total flow rate was ranged from 50 to 800 m3/d.The experimental results show that the water holdup and flow rate of each phase calculated by the model are agree well with the experimental result.The calculated absolute error is less than 0.0669,the absolute error of reverse modeling is 0.0102m/s.The results provide rational model for production logging interpretation.As a result,application effect of production logging in high deflecting well and horizontal well is improved.
