摘  要:测定了长庆油田高桥区块碳酸岩储层的酸岩反应动力学参数,并对反应机理及影响因素进行了研究。结果表明:反应速度常数K随着酸液黏度升高而降低,反应级数m也随着酸液黏度升高而降低;普通酸的反应活化能方程为J=8.6×10-5 EXP(-2122.01/RT)C1.0389,而稠化酸的为J=1.51×10-5EXP(-1201.59/RT)C0.7861;随着转速升高普通酸H+传质系数上升更快;对酸岩反应机理及影响因素研究发现,体积分数为20%的普通酸的反应速率是15%时2.1倍,而体积分数为20%稠化酸的反应速率是15%时的1.6倍;110℃条件下普通酸是稠化酸反应速率的2.5倍,普通酸110℃是70℃条件下的反应速率的3.8倍,稠化酸110℃是70℃下的反应速率的2.4倍;普通酸800r/min是100r/min下的反应速率的5.7倍,稠化酸800r/min是100r/min下的反应速率的5.2倍。The kinetic parameters of acid salt reaction of carbonate reservoirs in Gaoqiao Block of Changqing Oilfield were measured,the related reaction mechanism and affecting factors were examined.The results show that the reaction rate constant K and the reaction order m were lowered with the increase of acid viscosity.Besides,the reaction activation energy equation of ordinary acid is J=8.6×10-5EXP(-2122.01/RT)C1.0389 and it is J=1.51×10-5EXP(-1201.59/RT)C0.7861 for viscous acid.In addition,H+ mass transfer coefficient is raised with the increase of the velocity.According to the study of the acid rock reaction mechanism and its influencing factors,it is found out that the acid reaction rate of 20% ordinary acid is 2.1 times as its reaction time is 15%.The acid reaction rate of 20% viscous acid is 1.6 times as its reaction time is 15%.The reaction rate of ordinary acid is 2.5 times as that of viscous acid at 110℃.Moreover,the reaction rate of ordinary acid is at 110℃ is 3.8 times as that of it is at 70℃.The reaction rate of viscous acid is at 110℃ was 2.4 times as fast as it is at 70℃.Besides,the reaction rate of ordinary acid under 800r/min is 5.7times as that of it under 100r/min and the reaction rate of viscous acid under 800r/min is 5.2 times as that of it under 100r/min.
