摘　　要：永安油田永3-1断块属于典型的复杂断块油藏,经过30多年的开发,目前进入特高含水阶段,剩余油规模小且高度分散,直井挖潜难度大。根据永3-1断块剩余油分布情况,优化设计了绕锥水平井、跨断层阶梯水平井、跨断层多靶点定向井等复杂结构井挖掘剩余油潜力,分析了施工难点,提出了相应的技术对策。现场实施效果表明,永3-1断块日产油量提高了120多t,累积产油量4.84×104t,采收率提高9.6%,大大提高了储量动用程度。Fault Block Yong 3-1was a typical complex fault block reservoir,after 30 years of development,it was now entered into the high water-cut stage,the remaining oil scale was small and highly scattered,it was hard to be developed by using vertical wells.Based on the distribution of remaining oil in Fault Block Yong 3-1,horizontal wells surrounding water coning,crossing fault block and multi-target point directional wells were designed and optimized for tapping the potential of remaining oil,difficulty in operation was analyzed and technical countermeasures were proposed.Field application indicates that more than 120 t daily oil production is raised with accumulated oil production of 4.84×104t,9.6% of oil recovery percent is enhanced,the degree of producing reserves is greatly improved.
