摘  要:在分析苏里格气田东区上古生界致密岩屑砂岩储层地质特征基础上,通过核磁共振、岩心流动等室内试验对胍胶类压裂液伤害机理进行详细分析,认为物性变差、压力系数降低是造成储层伤害的根本原因,而体系残渣对微裂缝、支撑裂缝堵塞及岩心端面的滤饼伤害是植物胶类压裂液引起伤害的主要因素,同时储层敏感性、水锁伤害也对致密储层造成较大的伤害。因此,从降低残渣质量浓度、提高返排效率角度出发,针对性研发了阴离子表面活性剂、羧甲基胍胶及低质量分数羟丙基胍胶3种新型的低伤害压裂液,并逐步在现场试验推广,取得了较好的改造效果。Based on the analysis of geological features of upper Paleozoic tight lithic sandstone reservoirs in the eastern Sulige Gas-field,the damage mechanism of guanidine gum fracturing fluid was analyzed in detail by NMR,core flow experiment and other tests.The results indicate that the reservoir physical properties and the pressure coefficient reduction are the critical factors inducing damage.The reservoir sensitivity and water locking would cause great damage in the tight reservoirs.Therefore,according to the view of reducing residue content and improving flowback efficiency,three low damage fracturing fluids,such as anionic surfactant,carboxymethyl guar gum and low concentration hydroxypropyl guar gum are prepared accordingly.These fracturing fluids are applied for field test and applicatin and better operation effect is obtained.
