摘 要:以15.9万吨油船和10万吨级半潜式斜船台为载体,采用船模试验的方法研究冰期船舶下水问题。为了使模型试验结果与实船下水结果最大限度的相似,首先进行船舶冰期下水模型试验的相似分析,并探讨模型冰的制作技术。接着,根据实船下水数据来设计船舶模型、船台模型、导冰板模型以及冰模型,并确定了试验方案:模型试验针对设计的六种导冰板,改变三个潮位,分有冰情况和无冰情况等状态进行,并给出了其运动规律及导冰板力的试验曲线。试验结果可为船厂实际生产使用,也可为进一步的研究提供参考。Taking a 159 000 ton oil tanker and a 100 000 ton semi-submersible gradient slipway carrier as an example, model experiments are made in the article to research ship launching problem under icy condition. In order to meet the similar principles between model experiment and real ship's launching, firstly we do similar analysis between them and discuss the manufacturing technology of modeling ice; secondly we design ship model, slipway model, ice educing plate, and ice model according to the concrete data of real ship's launching; finally we select experiment scheme. Model experiments are carried out with six kinds of ice-educing plate conduct and three tide water levels under icy or no-icy conditions. Motion law and the motion curves of the ice educing plates are summarized from these experiment data. These results can be applied to practical production in factory in ice period and are valuable for further studies.
