摘  要:为了研究自升式平台桩腿在升船状态下桩靴偏心受压时的力学性能,用梁单元模拟桩腿的弦杆和撑杆,用多点运动耦合单元模拟桩靴,用弹簧单元模拟桩腿-导向接触,通过调整多点运动耦合单元的控制点位置来模拟桩靴受力中心的变化。在0°、15°、30°、45°、60°等5个特征角度下研究了桩腿的力学响应,提出了一种极限偏心距的计算方法并验证了其正确性。最后分析了该桩腿的许用偏心受压区域、桩腿的应力分布规律、齿条相位差和桩腿姿态。运用的建模方法和分析思路可为自升式钻井平台现场操作和桩腿设计提供理论指导。In order to investigate mechanical performances or condition and in elevating state, beam elements were used to a jacK-up leg uncter eccentric beanng support mesh chords and braces. Coupling constraint and spring element was used to simulate spud can boundary and leg-guide interaction respectively. The variation of the eccentric bearing center was undertaken by modifying control point coordinates of the coupling. Geometry nonlinearity was included in the analysis. Leg mechanical responses were proposed under the degree of 0°、15°、30°、45°and 60°. Moreover, a calculation method of the limit eccentric distance was put forward, which was validated through numerical experiment. Finally, allowable beating eccentric area, stress distribution rule, rack phase difference and leg inclination were presented. The proposed modeling and analyzing method could provide a theoretical guide for jack-up site operation and leg design.
