摘  要:以牛大力茎段离体培养的无菌芽作为试验材料,以MS为基本培养基,进行双因子和三因子激素组合处理比较试验,探讨外源激素因子对牛大力离体培养芽增殖的影响。结果表明:在双因子激素组合处理中,与NAA0.2mg/L组合的6-BA适宜浓度为3.0mg/L,芽增殖倍数分别为3.70倍(30d)、5.43倍(60d);KT适宜浓度为4.0mg/L,芽增殖倍数分别为2.03倍(30d)、2.54倍(60d);与6-BA3.0mg/L组合的生长素IAA适宜浓度为0.2mg/L,芽增殖倍数分别为4.38倍(30d)、6.55倍(60d)。在三因子激素组合处理中,对牛大力芽增殖效应依次为:6-BA+IAA+TDZ组合处理>6-BA+IAA+CPPU组合处理>6-BA+IAA组合处理(作对照);适宜的三因子激素组合为6-BA3.0mg/L+IAA0.2mg/L+TDZ0.03mg/L,其芽增殖倍数分别高达6倍(30d)和9.65倍(60d)。The comparison experiments of the hormone combinations with two or three factors were conducted and the effects of exogenous hormone factors on aseptic buds multiplication of MiUettia specisoa Champ were explored, in which the aseptic plantlets were used as the experimental materials and MS medium was used as the basic medium . The results indicated that the suitable concentration of 6-BA was 3.0mg/L and the bud multiplication showed 3.7 times (30d) and 5.43 times (60d) respectively , and that of KT was 4.0mg/L and showed 2.03 times (30d) and 2.54 times (60d) in the hormone combinations with two factors which combined with NAA 0.2 mg/L. The suitable concentration of auxin IAA was 0.2mg/L combined with 6-BA 3.0rag/L, which the bud multiplication was 4.38 times (30d) and 6.55 times (60d) respectively. In the hormone combinations with three factors, the order of bud multiplication was 6-BA+IAA+TDZ〉6-BA+IAA+CPPU 〉6-BA+IAA(CK) and the suitable hormone combination was 6-BA3.0mg/ L +IAA0.2mg/L +TDZ0.03mg/L, in which the bud multiplication reached to 6 times (30d) and 9.65 times(6Od) respectively.
