摘  要:目的:探讨Orem自护模式支持教育在慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法:将160例慢性精神分裂症患者按数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组各80例,对照组给予抗精神病治疗及护理,研究组在此基础上采用Orem自护模式支持教育。护理干预3个月后采用幸福量表(GWB)及自尊量表(SES)评价患者幸福及自尊改善情况,采用住院精神分裂病患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)评价患者康复情况,并进行组间比较。结果:两组干预后IPROS、GWB及SES评分均优于干预前(P<0.05),研究组干预后IPROS、GWB及SES评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Orem自护模式支持教育可改善慢性精神分裂症患者幸福感和低自尊情况,提高患者康复效果。Objective:To investigate the effect of supportive education following Orem selfcare model to patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods : 160 patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into the study group and the control group ( 80 cases in each group ). The patients in the control group were given antipsychotic treatment and nursing care, and the patients in the study group were given extra supportive education on Orem self - care model. After nursing intervention for 3 months, GWB and SES were used to evaluate the status of happiness and selfesteem of the patients;the IPROS was used to evaluate the status of rehabilitation of the patients and the results were compared between the two groups. Results : The scores of IPROS GWB and SES were superior after the intervention than those before intervention in the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the scores of IPROS, GWB and SES were superior in the study group than the control group after the intervention ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The supportive education following Orem self - care model can improve the sense of happiness and relieve low self - esteem of patients with chronic schizophrenia so as to improve the rehabilitation effect.
