摘 要:在烟气热源温度不同的条件下,研究亚临界有机朗肯循环发电系统中热效率与有机工质的关系,并对优选出的有机工质应用于回热系统进行研究。结果表明,对亚临界有机朗肯循环系统,在一定的热源参数下,当有机工质在膨胀机入口温度恒定时,以膨胀机入口工质为干饱和蒸汽状态时系统效率最大;同时对比系统效率及有机工质的可燃性和毒性等因素。对于低温烟气热源的有机朗肯循环发电系统,其有机工质R245fa优于其它工质,系统效率可达10.2%;热源为高温烟气时,有机工质R601a相对较优,但因其高度可燃性,应研究适于高温热源的新型工质;回热有机朗肯循环发电系统效率相对简单系统较高,主要原因是冷凝器侧换热能量损失减少。Under the condition of the heat source of flue gases being at different temperatures,studied was the relationship between the thermal efficiency and the organic working medium of a subcritical organic Rankine cycle power generation system and applications of the organic working medium thus optimized in a recuperator system.It has been found that for a subcritical organic Rankine cycle system,at given heat source parameters,when the temperature of the organic working medium at the inlet of the expander is kept constant,the system will attain its maximal efficiency with the working medium keeping in the dry saturated steam state at the inlet of the expander and in the meantime,the organic working medium R245fa is superior to other working media for a low temperature flue gas heat source organic Rankine cycle power generation system when the system efficiency,flammability and toxicity of the organic working medium etc.factors are compared.The efficiency of the system can be up to 10.2%.When the heat source pertains to high temperature flue gases,the organic working medium R601a is relatively superior,however,because it is highly flammable,it is necessary to study a new type working medium suitable for high temperature heat sources.The efficiency of an organic Rankine cycle power generation system with a recuperator is relatively higher than that of a simple cycle power generation system,of which the main causes lie in a decrease of the energy loss during the heat exchange at the side of the condenser.
