存在搭便车时双渠道供应链的收益共享契约

摘　　要：通过建模分析了存在搭便车问题时供应链整体利润最大化的双渠道定价策略以及3种不同的双渠道结构下各供应链主体分散决策时的定价均衡,并研究了收益共享契约这种供应链协调策略在各渠道结构下的应用,研究发现收益共享契约在分散双渠道时可以实现供应链的完全协调,在部分集中双渠道时搭配一个价格差额契约也可以实现供应链的完全协调,但在水平集中双渠道时不能实现供应链的完全协调.Through modeling on dual channels, the paper analyzes the optimal prices of dual channels for the entire supply chain and the competing equilibriums of various dual channel structures when free riding problem exists. This paper also studies the application of the revenue sharing contract in various dual channel structures when free riding problem exists. The result shows that revenue sharing contracts can fully coordinate the entire supply chain of decentralized dual channels, the revenue sharing contract and a coordination policy of fixed price difference can fully coordinate the entire supply chain of partially integrated dual channels, and the revenue sharing contract can＇t fully coordinate the entire supply chain of horizontally integrated dual channels.
