摘 要:本文调研了海南地区住宅、办公、酒店、商业、综合、教育、医院等各类既有建筑的基本信息、围护结构构成形式及空调设备的性能系数等,并运用数理统计方法对所得数据进行了统计分析,得出了海南地区既有建筑节能现状的特征。结果显示,海南地区既有建筑中公共建筑和居住建筑各占一半左右,其中公共建筑类型以办公和酒店建筑居多;既有建筑外墙的主体材料多采用加气混凝土,粘土实心砖的使用比例约占20%;近1/3的屋顶没有任何隔热措施;普通铝合金窗框搭配单层普通玻璃外窗形式占60%以上,外窗的遮阳形式以内遮阳为主,外窗方面具有较大的节能潜力。此外,海南地区空调机组制冷性能系数达不到《海南省公共建筑节能设计标准》(DBJ 03-2006)的占48.4%,空调设备节能的空间较大。本文通过分析找出了海南地区既有建筑节能改造工作的重点所在,为研究相应的改造措施打下了基础。In this paper,the basic information of various existing buildings such as residential buildings,office buildings,hotels, business buildings, comprehensive buildings, education buildings, hospitals, etc. in Hainan was investigated and analyzed, including structural forms of building envelope and performance coefficients of air-conditioning equipment, statistic analysis on the acquired data was performed through mathematical statistics method, and the characteristics of energy-saving conditions of existing buildings in Hainan were presented. The resuhs shown that existing buildings in Hainan were composed of public buildings and residential buildings,which were half and half, office buildings and hotels were the majority among public buildings, major materials of external walls of existing buildings were generally aerated concrete and proportion of clay solid brick was about 20% , about 1/3 of roofs were uot provided with thermal insulation measures at all,60% of windows were ordinary aluminum alloy frames matched with monolayer ordinary glass,and the sunshade form of external windows was primarily inner curtain, therefore there was large energy-saving potential for external windows. Besides,refrigeration performance coefficients of 48.4% air-conditioning units in Hainan did not reach Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings in Hainan, and there was much room for energy-saving of air-conditioning units. Through analysis, the key point of energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings in Hainan was found out and a basis for studying corresponding transformation measures was provided.
